Biography

Alex's early years were spent attending a series of courses and classes. Following a year in the studio of Gerard Bernard in France she decided to enrol at the City & Guilds of London Art College as a full time mature student.

During her four years there she won the Philip Connard travel award and the College drawing prize.

Since leaving she has painted full time and exhibited extensively in London, France and Monaco both in mixed and solo shows.

Her pictures are in private collections in Argentina, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Holland, Sweden, New Zealand, U.S.A. and of course the United Kingdom. She is also in the Alcan collection in Canada.
